The annual Quiz Night at Retford Oaks Academy is a fabulous fundraising event.  This years Quiz with cheese and wine will be on Thursday 16th November.

Back to popular demand The Giant Hogweed are Playing Retford Town Hall on 2nd December 2023.

FoYPiB return to North Notts Arena, Worksop, with a bigger and better creative showcase ‘Focus on You.’  This year’s event will be on 20th March 2024 from 7 p.m. – 9.15 p.m.  If your group would like to take part please get in touch.

The charity holds an Am-Am Stableford golf competition every year at Kilton Forest Golf Club

Each year the charity holds a 10K fun run/walk around the Welbeck Estate.  Next year’s fun run date is to be confirmed but we’ll post it here as soon as we have scheduled it!

It’s Focus on Young People in Bassetlaw’s 25th Anniversary this year and to celebrate in style The Giant Hogweed have agreed to play for us at Retford Town Hall.  The celebration will be on Friday 29th October 2021 from 7.30 p.m. – 11.30 p.m.

Focus Fest is an online festival which will take place on Tuesday 25th May.  The online Stream Park by Joel Hall from Inspire Youth Arts has been design led by a committee of young people from Bassetlaw.   The online Festival will include an array of performances recorded ‘as live’ and streamed online on the evening of Tuesday 25th May.  If you are aged between 8 and 25 and would like to get involved in Focus Fest please Contact Us

Since lockdown started in March 2020, FoYPiB has been proactive in the community giving out wellbeing packs to young people in Bassetlaw and their families.  To make a donation to support this work please Contact Us

FoYPiB were delighted to work with Inspire Youth Arts last year,  The Dance Showcase as part of TOLFest 2020 has sadly been cancelled due to COVID-19.
