Working with the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP)

We have been working closely with partners including the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) to represent young people in this area.

As part of our work we have held a Young People’s Summit at The Well along with many health care professionals and support groups, here, we consulted with young people about what services were needed in and around Bassetlaw and if they could identify any gaps in provision.

This information has been shared with a wide range of partners who can help shape the future services offered to young people.

As a result of this partnership we now have a directory of services available to support young people.
