Over £1100 raised at Quiz Night

The annual quiz at Retford Oaks was back with a boom raising over £1100 for the charity.

A great night was had by all at the annual quiz night at Retford Oaks and after last years ‘Zoom’ quiz it was lovely to see people in person. Many thanks to the supporters that gave donations towards wine and cheese, our President Alison Swan Parente for the fabulous Stichelton cheese from the Welbeck Farm Shop, to Retford Oaks and their site staff, to Rob Brooks for running the bar, to everybody that donated a prize for the raffle and to all that took part in the quiz.  The winning team with an incredible score of 91 was ‘The Dukeries of Hazard’ who got to raise the infamous FoYPiB Quiz Night Trophy.  The night raised over £1100 for the charity which will go towards helping young people across Bassetlaw.
